Megan is a Midwestern-raised transplant to Charlotte by way of New Zealand.  A healthy appetite for life fuels her passion for culinary exploration and her aim is to make the kitchen fun and salubrious. With a love for vegetables and zeal for chocolate, Megan will be sharing some of her favorite recipes that highlight ways to incorporate both sides of the spectrum. Megan also authors a lifestyle blog, Pink to Green, which shares ideas on healthy living, décor and entertaining.

Most exotic food you’ve ever tasted? In a good way, the exotic courses at my favorite restaurant in the world, Mudbrick Vineyard in New Zealand. In a bad way, the duck tonsil that I ate while traveling China.

Favorite food blog? Cannelle et Vanille was my introduction to food blogging,  but I also love 101 cookbooks and recently discovered My New Roots which is fantastic

If you got to choose your last meal, what would it be? Butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter sauce

Apron? They are my favorite kitchen accessory.
